Free Fitness Consultation

Having a coach is a powerful way to make efficient progress towards your goals. It's a very personal working relationship so to make sure we on on the same page I offer a free fitness consultation for all new clients. We can discuss your goals, where you are now and how we will get you to where you want to be. You'll get an idea of who I am and the work I offer and we can assess if it's the right fit.

As a personal training specialist and a yoga and movement instructor I work with a variety of methods for a balanced approach to training including strength and resistance training, conditioning, and flexibility work. 


I teach you the skills required for lifelong, sustainable, enjoyable health and fitness. We will focus on perfecting your technique for maximum effectiveness in every exercise. Learn how to ignite your body's hormonal response in order to build lean muscle. Muscle burns fat, so if fat loss is your goal, building muscle is key. If feeling strong and aligned and pain free is your goal, building muscle and having good mobility is key. If strengthening your bones, staying healthy and independent is your goal, building muscle through resistance training is key. 

By strengthening the body we create stability, improve posture, alignment, and body composition. 

Yoga based mobility work will develop the inner sense of the body, release unnecessary tension and create length and space in the body, increase flexibility, improve alignment, as well as foster a sense of grace and freedom. Be more connected to yourself and the world around you.

Nutrition and lifestyle coaching completes the package integrating all of the elements necessary for success. Individualized coaching will work with your life to create sustainable healthy habits to achieve and sustain your goals.  

One on one Training
Having a personal coach allows for programming geared specifically to your goals and allows for an effective progression at your pace. The sessions will meet your individual needs and work with your schedule to optimally help you reach your next level of fitness.

Partner Training 
Working with a partner allows for the individualized attention from a coach along with the support and accountability that comes from working with a partner. A great way for couples or friends to meet their individual fitness goals while supporting and challenging each other to reach the next level.

Small group Training 
Working in a small group is an ideal way to get benefits of working with a coach while also enjoying the energy of working in a group. If you enjoy group fitness but want the individualized attention of a coach in order to progress and meet your fitness goals, small group training is an ideal fit. Small group training is tailored to individuals with similar fitness levels and goals so that the programming works to truly challenge each person.
