Which plan is best for you? 

After filling out the intake form we will discuss which plan will best serve you and your goals so that you are clear on what is a realistic time frame in which to achieve them. Everyone is unique and has different goals, levels of commitment, and circumstances. Having a clear idea of what is possible in a given amount of time creates confidence in the process. Let's discuss, set a plan, and make it happen! 

What does body composition mean?

This is a way of referring to how much adipose (fat) tissue and muscle tissue ones body is composed of. An optimal body composition is obtained and maintained by finding a healthy balance between these two types of tissue through nutrition, exercise, training, sleep, and recovery. 

Some general guidelines to consider:

1 month:

Best for clients who are fairly happy with their body composition, nutritional, lifestyle, and exercise regime but are looking for more info and guidance on how to make a few key alterations in order to elevate their health, wellness, performance, and/or progress. Not recommended for people looking to make significant changes to their nutrition, lifestyle, and body composition. 

3 months:

Best suited for clients who are looking to enhance their performance, health, energy, and make moderate changes to body composition. New habits can be established step by step and deeper and more lasting progress can be established.

6 months:

If you are looking to make more significant changes to your body composition this is probably the minimum amount of time necessary in order to make the necessary step by step changes that will not only yield results but also be sustainable long term. 

12 months:

For those looking for significant body composition and lifestyle changes and who may have struggled for awhile with maintaining a desired and healthy body composition and lifestyle. Safe and sustainable nutrition and lifestyle changes take time and need to happen step by step in order to become established, lifelong habits. Scrap the ups and downs and establish a healthy lifestyle, for life.
