Free Fitness Consultation

Having a coach is a powerful way to make efficient progress towards your goals. I'm here to inspire you and to push you out of your comfort zone. It's a very personal working relationship so to make sure we on on the same page I offer a free fitness consultation for all new clients. We can discuss your goals, where you are now and how we will get you to where you want to be. You'll get an idea of who I am and the work I offer and we can assess if it's the right fit.

I create specific workouts designed for your body, your energy, your needs.
As a personal training specialist and a yoga instructor I work with a variety of methods for a balanced approach to training.
 

The Zone: Strengthen your body, cultivate your focus and presence to get into the zone where you learn to push past your edge to get to the next level. Through a combination of elements such as high intensity interval training (HIIT), weight lifting, and strength and conditioning training, we will work to perfect your technique while developing confidence and body awareness. Weak areas of the body are strengthened to create stability, improve posture and alignment, and physique. 


The Flow: Yoga based movement focussed on developing the inner sense of the body to lengthen the muscles, release unnecessary tension, increase flexibility, improve mobility and alignment, as well as foster a sense of grace, ease, and freedom in the body. Be more connected to yourself and the world around you.

​Whether you're new to fitness or yoga, have tried a lot of different things, or feel like you've plateaued and want to attain a new level with your performance and aesthetic goals, we will use tried and true methods of training to find your inner athlete, or your inner calm, or both. Whatever you need to get you to your next level.

One on one Training
Having a personal coach allows for programming geared specifically to your goals and allows for an effective progression at your pace. The sessions will meet your individual needs and work with your schedule to optimally help you reach your next level of fitness.

Partner Training (2 people)
Working with a partner allows for the individualized attention from a coach along with the support and accountability that comes from working with a partner. A great way for couples or friends to meet their individual fitness goals while supporting and challenging each other to reach the next level.

Small group Training (3-4 people)
Working in a small group is an ideal way to get benefits of working with a coach while also enjoying the energy of working in a group. If you enjoy group fitness but want the individualized attention of a coach in order to progress and meet your fitness goals, small group training is an ideal fit. Small group training is tailored to individuals with similar fitness levels and goals so that the programming works to truly challenge each person.
